To Log into Clinician

1. When the Clinician Login window appears, enter your unique User ID and Password in the appropriate fields and press Enter.
   

   To prevent unauthorized access to patient data, do not save the password if given the option to do so!

2. If your login gives you access to more than one facility, a list of facilities appears.
   
   



3. Select the correct Facility and click Submit.
   

You are now ready to use Clinician.
